I am a facilitator. I love to help experts work together effectively. I'm experienced enough in technology, design, and sustainability to understand technicalities and translate complexity into simple, accessible roadmaps we build together.

I hold a master's degree in mechatronic engineering, but I'm not an engineer. I write stories every week but I'm not an author. I've helped raise millions of euros but I'm not a founder. I love working with specialists, facilitating making their work simple, and supporting them to make their missions a reality.

Along the way I've worked with open source tech companies, sustainability consultancies, social enterprises, climate researchers, traceability experts, and many more. Everywhere I see organisations with great teams, and inspiring missions, but missing the generalist tech or operational experience that isn't core to their business but would bring far more value.

Optimistic critical thinking

There's a lot of noise in tech, in climate, in fundraising - so you have to think critically. There's always a signal if you know how to find it.

Good systems disappear

The best systems fade into the background. Your team should notice the time they get back and forget the tool that gave it to them.

Plain language

If a plan can't be explained simply, nobody understands it yet. Every roadmap and handover is written for the people who'll use it.

Start with the people

Tools should work for people. What I build I build for humans, to make their lives easier.
